Power Shift Control
Using different types of quality control instruments, we install Force-Displacement Control Systems.
The characteristic of these systems is to provide a set of points on a Cartesian plane having as coordinates force and displacement. In this way a characteristic curve of the working process is drawn. Building a band or placing windows in the appropriate areas you can control force and displacement during processing.
These systems can also be used in the laboratory because they show very accurately the change of the thrust as a function of position: the presence of burrs, non-uniformity of the surface finish, foaming of the materials, etc.
