Deep drawing allows a cold plastic deformation of the materials, with a relatively small depth, through specific hydropneumatic presses. It is a reliable and precise process, which transforms metal sheets into three-dimensional elements of different shapes, without altering the thickness of the sheet itself.
Deep drawing process passes through a mould of the shape to be created, designed and tailor-made. The metal sheet is then placed between the punch and the mould and, with a predefined thrust force and managed by pneumohydraulic presses, the desired product is obtained, without wrinkles on the material
Deep drawing is a process present in many industrial processes, in the most diverse sectors, from steel to furniture, from mechanics to cosmetics and fashion. This is thanks to the great customization possibilities of the final product and the flexibility of its function
