This machinery was developed for the filling and sealing of plastic cups, offering maximum flexibility with the ability to operate in both automatic and manual modes.
Equipped with a rotary table configured with four dedicated workstations (loading, filling, ultrasonic welding, and unloading with quality selection), the machine is capable of automatically managing the entire assembly cycle.

Through the implementation of this technology, our client has optimized their workflows, reaching a production capacity of 400 units per hour.
