POST-SELLING ASSISTANCE

  • Single unit are provided, as complete machines, with the documentation according to the Machine Directory 2006/42 CE
  • Since 1991, all the files of the machines and the different units with serial numbers are kept on file, available to learn the history of the unit or the machine itself
  • Telephone support
  • Maintenance service scheduled in 24h
  • Availability to  define custom support contracts
  • Replacement kits are available for 10 years from the date of construction
  • Maintenance guaranteed for 10 years from the date of construction
